Brazil the Next China?, Part II

Brazil might be the place to be if you want to make money on land and agriculture.

I read in 2005 in Forbes that there is a land rush like the 1800's going on over in Brazil.

They call it a potential land arbitrage bonanza.

A lot of farmers and speculators from the U.S. and Europe will sell over-priced farm land and going to buy under-priced farm land there.

Brazil is the same size as the U.S., but the % of land developed is a lot lower.

But, there is a lot of lawlessness (triple the U.S. homicide rate), and you risk claim jumpers shooting you in the back...
