Need to Re-Design U.S. Paper Currency?

A Federal Appeals court just agreed that the U.S. currency discriminates against blind people.

So, unless they appeal the ruling to the Supreme Court, the Treasury may have to redesign the currency to make it easy to distinguish bills by touch or size.
